The Polytechnic Panthers baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Nogales Nobles to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA). The Wolves go into the Prep match with a 10-2 record. In their last match, Flintridge Prep edged Monroe (North Hills, CA), 5-3, in a non-league match.
The Nobles (4-6) will now prepare for their match against South El Monte (South El Monte, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, South El Monte was edged by Schurr (Montebello, CA), 11-0, in a non-league match.
