In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting St. Stephens Indians baseball team scored a tight 3-1 victory over the West Stanly Colts.
The Indians (4-0) will now prepare for their game against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders go into the Western Foothills 3A game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, North Iredell tipped Forbush (East Bend, NC), 15-8, in a non-league game.
The Colts (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC). The Ragin' Bulls go into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Hickory Ridge tipped A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 11-1, in a league game.
