The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) and the host Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), saw Amador Valley's lacrosse team nudge Las Lomas by a margin of 11-10.
The Dons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Monarchs enter the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Archbishop Mitty was tipped by Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA), 19-5, in a league challenge.
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Dons enter the Diablo Athletic League challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Acalanes edged Alhambra (Martinez, CA), 15-0, in a league challenge.
