The Apollo Hawks baseball team scored 23 runs and limited the host South Mountain Jaguars to 1 in the Hawks non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Hawks (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Greenway (Phoenix, AZ). The Demons go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Greenway was overwhelmed by Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ), 16-1, in a non-league match.
