In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI) basketball squad edged the host South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI), by a margin of 58-51.
The Bulldogs (18-5) will now prepare for their outing against Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 15-8 record. In their last outing, Skyline held off Dexter (Dexter, MI), 63-42, in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 18-7 record.
