Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC), 16-4 in a non-league battle.

The Capitals now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apex Friendship for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 14.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a Northern Athletic battle, on Friday, March 10. Wakefield will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Huskies come into the battle with a 3-1 record after their 11-10 non-league win over Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC).
