California High School Softball - Folsom bounces Rio Americano

Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA), 19-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Davis for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 9. Folsom will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Woodland (Woodland, CA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Rio Americano falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Linden (Linden, CA) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 9. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Linden won 9-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Downey (Modesto, CA)
