The North Stanly Comets softball team (New London, NC), was routed 10-0 in Wednesday's non-league test with the visiting West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC)

Coming up next, the Colts encounter the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 10. West Stanly will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Ragin' Bulls enter the test with a 4-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Providence (Charlotte, NC).

The Comets (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Robinson (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Yadkin Valley 1A/2A test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Robinson was routed by North Stanly (New London, NC), 11-1, in a league test.
