In Friday's non-league match, the visiting South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls baseball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Caldwell Academy .
The Rowdy Rebel Bulls (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC). The Knights go into the Yadkin Valley 1A/2A match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Gray Stone Day was overwhelmed by Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC), 9-4, in a non-league match.
The (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The Bengals go into the NCISAA Piedmont match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Greensboro Day School was overwhelmed by Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC), 2-1, in a non-league match.
