In Friday's non-league game, the host Chester Volcanoes baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the South Fork Cubs.
The Volcanoes (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Pierce (Arbuckle, CA). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Pierce was overwhelmed by Anderson (Anderson, CA), 6-4, in a non-league game.
The Cubs (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Esparto (Esparto, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Esparto was overwhelmed by Live Oak (Live Oak, CA), 11-1, in a non-league game.
