The Goose Creek Memorial Patriots baseball team (Baytown, TX), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Splendora Wildcats (Splendora, TX)

The Wildcats now hold a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Brook for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 9.

Next, the Patriots confront the Port Neches-Groves Indians (Port Neches, TX) in a 5A Region III District 17 outing, on Tuesday, April 2. Goose Creek Memorial will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record.
