The Iota Bulldogs baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting South Lafourche Tarpons to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs (10-1) will now prepare for their match against West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA). The Chiefs go into the non-league match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, West Ouachita was overwhelmed by St. John (Plaquemine, LA), 8-5, in a non-league match.
The Tarpons (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Rayne (Rayne, LA). The Wolves go into the non-league match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Rayne was overwhelmed by Brusly (Brusly, LA), 11-0, in a non-league match.
