Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Stamford Bulldogs (Stamford, TX) and the visiting Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX), saw Stamford's baseball squad knock off Stanton by a count of 8-2.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the Haskell Indians (Haskell, TX) in a 2A Region I District 8 battle, on Tuesday, April 2. Stamford will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record.
