Maryland High School Basketball - Poolesville knocked off by Middletown

The Middletown Knights basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Poolesville Falcons to 50 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 25-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poolesville for a non-league contest on Friday, March 8. Middletown will meet a Falcons team coming off a 71-49 non-league win over Hammond (Columbia, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 12-13.

The Falcons (12-15) will now prepare for their contest against Middletown (Middletown, MD). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 23-2 record. In their last contest, Middletown ran past Walkersville (Walkersville, MD), 69-67, in a non-league contest.
