California High School Volleyball - Downey over Oakdale

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) and the host Oakdale Mustangs (Oakdale, CA), saw Downey's volleyball squad beat Oakdale by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Downey upgrades its record to 7-2 on the year. The Knights host Pitman (Turlock, CA) to play the Pride in a bout on Tuesday, March 12. The Pride go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Pitman won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Gregori (Modesto, CA)
