The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA) and the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA), saw La Salle's volleyball squad beat Kennedy by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, La Salle upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Lancers host Sylmar (Sylmar, CA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, March 8. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Sylmar lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Rancho Dominguez (Long Beach, CA)

The Cougars now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Rio Hondo Prep for a non-league bout on Friday, March 8. Kennedy will play a Kares squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Garey (Pomona, CA). The Kares record now stands at 9-4.
