    In Friday's non-league match, the host Seaman Vikings basketball team scored a tight 49-45 triumph over the Andover Trojans.

    In their next game, the Vikings meet the Maize South Mavericks (Wichita, KS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 9. Seaman will attempt to better on its 21-2 season record. The Mavericks enter the match with a 24-1 record after their 55-47 non-league win over Emporia (Emporia, KS).

    With the defeat, Andover moves to 23-1 on the year. The Trojans travel to Emporia (Emporia, KS) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, March 9. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 25-2. Emporia lost 55-47 in their recent non-league match against Maize South (Wichita, KS)
