North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Pinecrest Willow Spring

March 8, 2024: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) and the host Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC), saw Pinecrest's lacrosse team gain a win over Willow Spring by a margin of 14-11.

The Patriots now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cape Fear for a United 8/All American/Sandhills battle on Monday, March 11. Pinecrest will clash with a Colts squad coming off a 29-3 league loss to Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Colts record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Storm clash with the Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC) in a Greater Neuse River battle, on Monday, March 11. Willow Spring will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 6-5 league loss to Clayton (Clayton, NC).
