Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bruins face the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA) in a 4A Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, March 12. Northwest Whitfield will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 1-0 league win over Cedartown (Cedartown, GA).

The Bulldogs now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a 4A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, March 12. Cedartown will face a Lions team coming off a 8-1 league loss to Heritage (Ringgold, GA). The Lions record now stands at 2-6.
