California High School Softball - Selma holds off Arroyo Grande

Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Selma Bears (Selma, CA) and the host Arroyo Grande Eagles (Arroyo Grande, CA), witnessed Selma's softball squad tip Arroyo Grande by a count of 6-4.

The Bears now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Paso Robles for a non-league match on Saturday, March 9. Selma will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 22-6 non-league win over San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Arroyo Grande moves to 3-3 on the season. The Eagles host Righetti (Santa Maria, CA) to meet the Warriors in a CCAA - Mountain match on Thursday, March 14. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 4-2.
