The Gallup Bengals softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Capital Jaguars to 0 in the Bengals non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Gallup moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Bengals travel to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to clash with the Rams in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 13. The Rams come into the game with a record of 3-4. Rio Rancho won 14-3 in their recent non-league game against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM)
In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Aztec Tigers (Aztec, NM) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 9. Capital will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
