The Centennial Eagles routed the host Port St. Lucie Jaguars softball squad by a final score of 18-2 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie, FL). The Titans go into the 7A District 11 battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Treasure Coast notched a victory over Sebastian River (Sebastian, FL), 10-9, in a non-league battle.
The Jaguars now possess a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Master's Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, March 11. Port St. Lucie will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Lincoln Park Academy (Fort Pierce, FL). The Patriots record now stands at 2-4.
