Arizona High School Softball - Shadow Ridge bounces Lake Havasu

The Shadow Ridge Stallions routed the visiting Lake Havasu Knights softball squad by a count of 7-2 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Stallions (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Empire (Tucson, AZ). The Ravens go into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Empire nudged Tanque Verde (Tucson, AZ), 8-0, in a league battle.

The Knights now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Prescott for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 9. Lake Havasu will meet a Badgers squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ). The Badgers record now stands at 8-4.
