The Paragould Rams softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Manila Lions to 13 in the Rams non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Paragould moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Rams host Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR) to clash with the Greyhounds in a non-league game on Monday, March 11. The Greyhounds come into the game with a record of 1-7. Sloan-Hendrix lost 10-0 in their recent league game against South Side (Bee Branch, AR)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Corning Bobcats (Corning, AR) in a 3A Region 3 game, on Tuesday, March 12. Manila will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the game with a 7-0 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Maynard (Maynard, AR).
