The Cathedral Phantoms (Los Angeles, CA) baseball trounced the host Bosco Tech Tigers (Rosemead, CA), 22-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Phantoms now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Monica for a Camino Real challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Cathedral will clash with a Mariners team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Salesian (Los Angeles, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 2-5.
With the defeat, Bosco Tech drops to 4-3 on the year. The Tigers host Verbum Dei Jesuit (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a Santa Fe challenge on Wednesday, March 12. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Verbum Dei Jesuit won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Compton Early College (Compton, CA)
