The Duarte Falcons (Duarte, CA) baseball trounced the host Calvary Baptist Cougars (La Verne, CA), 8-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Azusa for a Montview challenge on Tuesday, March 11.
With the defeat, Calvary Baptist drops to 3-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA) to clash with the Kares in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. The Kares go into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Rio Hondo Prep won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against El Monte (El Monte, CA)
