In Saturday's non-league bout, the Clarke County Bulldogs (Grove Hill, AL) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Marengo Panthers (Dixons Mills, AL), by a tally of 17-2.
Next up, the Bulldogs encounter the Choctaw County Tigers (Butler, AL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 8. Clarke County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record.
The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against McIntosh (McIntosh, AL). The Demons enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, McIntosh was overwhelmed by Fruitdale (Fruitdale, AL), 23-1, in a league bout.
