California High School Baseball - Fillmore wallops Ojai Valley

The Fillmore Flashes baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Ojai Valley Spuds to 2 in the Flashes non-league win on Saturday.

The Flashes now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Carpinteria for a Citrus Coast test on Wednesday, March 12. Fillmore will play a Warriors team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Coastal Christian (Pismo Beach, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, Ojai Valley drops to 1-3 on the year. The Spuds host Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 11. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-1. Villanova Prep lost 20-5 in their recent non-league test against Ojai Valley (Ojai, CA)
