With the triumph, Karns advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Beavers host Knoxville Central (Knoxville, TN) to battle the Bobcats in a 4A District 3 match on Monday, March 10. The Bobcats come into the match with a record of 1-1. Knoxville Central won 11-9 in their recent non-league match against Union County (Maynardville, TN)

The Bulldogs now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson County for a 2A District 1 match on Monday, March 10. Hampton will battle a Longhorns squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Unaka (Elizabethton, TN). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-1.
