The Orange Grove Bulldogs (Orange Grove, TX) baseball the host Incarnate Word Academy Angels (Corpus Christi, TX), 4-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Karnes City for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Orange Grove will clash with a Badgers team coming off a 12-5 non-league win over Pettus (Pettus, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 10-1.
With the defeat, Incarnate Word Academy drops to 1-3 on the year. The Angels travel to John Paul II (New Braunfels, TX) to clash with the Guardians in a TAPPS Division III District 5 challenge on Saturday, March 22. The Guardians go into the challenge with a record of 2-7.
