The Lewisburg Patriots (Olive Branch, MS) baseball got by the host North Cobb Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA), 6-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Lewisburg will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Mosley (Lynn Haven, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 8-3.
With the defeat, North Cobb Christian drops to 3-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Union County (Blairsville, GA) to clash with the Panthers in a AA Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, March 11. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Union County won 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Hayesville (Hayesville, NC)
