California High School Baseball - Tamalpais edges Maria Carrillo

The Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA) baseball the visiting Maria Carrillo Pumas (Santa Rosa, CA), 5-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Red Tailed Hawks now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Rafael for a Marin County challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Tamalpais will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 league win over Branson (Ross, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Maria Carrillo drops to 4-1 on the year. The Pumas host Sonoma Valley (Sonoma, CA) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 12. The Dragons go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Sonoma Valley lost 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA)
