The St. John's Cadets baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Severn School Admirals to 0 in the Cadets non-league win on Saturday.
The Cadets now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilman for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 11. St. John's will play a Greyhounds team coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Severn School drops to 1-1 on the year. The Admirals travel to St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD) to play the Saints in a MIAA B Red test on Tuesday, March 11. The Saints go into the test with a record of 0-0.
