In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Davis Sr. Blue Devils volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the El Dorado Cougars.

The Blue Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Del Oro (Loomis, CA). The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Del Oro was nudged by Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 8. El Dorado will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
