The Albany Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Vallejo Redhawks to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tamalpais for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 8. Albany will clash with a Red Tailed Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks record now stands at 2-0.
