The Cordova Lancers volleyball squad (Rancho Cordova, CA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA)

With the win, Sheldon improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Huskies travel to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to encounter the Miners in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. The Miners go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Nevada Union won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA)
