California High School Volleyball - Rio Mesa over Madera South

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Rio Mesa Spartans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Madera South Stallions.
The Spartans (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Fresno Christian was beaten by Sunnyside (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Stallions battle the Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 8. Madera South will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 1-8 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Immanuel (Reedley, CA).
