California High School Volleyball - St. Ignatius College Preparatory tips Redwood

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA) and the visiting Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA), observed St. Ignatius College Preparatory's volleyball team hold off Redwood by a count of 2-1.

The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against San Leandro (San Leandro, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, San Leandro got by Encinal (Alameda, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Giants battle the Lincoln Mustangs (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 8. Redwood will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 7-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Burlingame (Burlingame, CA).
