North Carolina High School Soccer - Holmes knocks off Beddingfield

The Holmes Aces soccer squad scored 10 points and held the host Beddingfield Bruins to 1 in the Aces non-league victory on Saturday.
The Aces now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Perquimans for a non-league bout on Monday, March 10. Holmes will play a Pirates squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Beddingfield moves to 3-3 on the year. The Bruins travel to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC) to meet the Cougars in a Neuse Six 2A test on Tuesday, March 18. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-2.
