The West Point Warriors soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting New Hope Indians to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.

The Warriors now hold a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrence County for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 8. West Point will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Ardmore (Ardmore, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, New Hope moves to 7-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, AL) to play the Aggies in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 8. The Aggies go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Hamilton lost 5-0 in their recent league bout against East Lawrence (Trinity, AL)
