California High School Baseball - Miramonte holds off Petaluma

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Miramonte Matadors baseball team scored a close 8-4 win over the Petaluma Trojans.

The Matadors (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Piedmont (Piedmont, CA). The Highlanders go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Piedmont nudged Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA), 8-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Trojans play the Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 14. Petaluma will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
