The St. Joseph's Catholic Knights edged the host Hilton Head Island Seahawks soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Knights face the Southside Christian Sabres (Simpsonville, SC) in a AAA Region 2 game, on Monday, March 10. St. Joseph's Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Sabres enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Palmetto (Williamston, SC).
The Seahawks (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Pinewood Prep held off Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 7-0, in a league game.
