The West Forsyth Wolverines edged the visiting Lakeside Panthers soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Wolverines face the North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA) in a 6A Area 6 game, on Tuesday, March 11. West Forsyth will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 league win over South Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Lakeside (Atlanta, GA). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Lakeside held off Rockdale County (Conyers, GA), 7-1, in a non-league game.
