The McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Spanish Fort Toros to 2 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Saturday.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to St. Luke's Episcopal for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 11. McGill-Toolen will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Faith Academy (Mobile, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Spanish Fort moves to 7-3 on the year. The Toros travel to Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL) to play the Dolphins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 11. The Dolphins go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Gulf Shores lost 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL)
