In Saturday's non-league match, the host Bishop Alemany Warriors softball team scored a tight 9-3 win over the Montebello Oilers.
The Warriors (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA). The Highlanders come into the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Granada Hills Charter nipped Kennedy (La Palma, CA), 2-1, in a non-league match.
