The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Millard Eagles (Fillmore, UT) and the host Clearfield Falcons (Clearfield, UT), observed Millard's softball team get by Clearfield by a final score of 11-9.

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Dixie (St. George, UT). The Flyers go into the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Dixie by Beaver (Beaver, UT), 10-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Northridge Knights (Layton, UT) in a 5A Region 5 bout, on Tuesday, March 11. Clearfield will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Ogden (Ogden, UT).
