New Mexico High School Softball - La Mirada bounces La Cueva

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting La Mirada Matadores softball team scored a nice 12-4 win over the La Cueva Bears.
The Matadores (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Fullerton (Fullerton, CA). The Indians come into the non-league match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Fullerton notched a victory over Marina (Huntington Beach, CA), 5-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Bears confront the La Habra Highlanders (La Habra, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 8. La Cueva will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Highlanders come into the match with a 8-3 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Millikan (Long Beach, CA).
