The Rayne Wolves the host St. Louis Catholic Saints softball squad by a count of 7-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves play the Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. Rayne will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 15-0 league win over Northside (Lafayette, LA).
The Saints (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Merryville (Merryville, LA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Merryville edged Pickering (Leesville, LA), 9-2, in a non-league challenge.
