The University Titans softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Matanzas Pirates to 0 in the Titans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, University improves its record to 7-0 on the year. The Titans travel to Spruce Creek (Port Orange, FL) to clash with the Hawks in a 7A District 2 game on Thursday, March 11. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 4-3. Spruce Creek won 4-0 in their recent non-league game against DeLand (DeLand, FL)

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the DeLand Bulldogs (DeLand, FL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 10. Matanzas will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 2-3 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Spruce Creek (Port Orange, FL).
