With the win, Johnson upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Warriors host Franklin (Elk Grove, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 17. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-2.

The Pacers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to McClatchy for a Metropolitan Conference bout on Thursday, March 10. Grant will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Lions record now stands at 0-3.
